I’m Kareem Elzarka and I started Bite Food & Coffee Co. After years of running delis in Manhattan, my family and I wanted to bring something special closer to home. So we opened Bite in Hackensack and later expanded to Fair Lawn. It’s a place where people can enjoy fresh meals, great coffee, and feel right at home—just like we always imagined.
